Stephen has been a part of INP since he attended the very first meeting back in December of 2013. He loved the idea of a free, relaxed, but professional group that anyone could join to not only promote their businesses, but to grow their networks, and build lasting relationships with like minded individuals. With those attributes in mind, Stephen opened the 2nd chapter of INP in January of 2015 in Phoenixville, PA! Stephen is still currently the leader of that group, which is now the longest standing group in all of INP! After years of hard work and dedication, Stephen had the opportunity to become co-owner of INP in April of 2019. He is proud to be leading the company into the future, and giving anyone an opportunity to better themselves, and their business.
Deb Florio
Deb Florio, a veteran in the world of Networking, learned how to create and develop solid business partnerships and friendships out of necessity. As a founding member of Innovative Networking Professionals, Deb opened their 3rd chapter in 2015. Deb has dedicated time in researching and creating fun and activities to teach members better networking skills as well as listening & presentation skills. Deb was instrumental in creating the INP Mixer format and marketing for the group. On April 1, 2019, Deb purchased INP with her business partner, Stephen Plasco. The goal was to continue to grow INP and share this unique opportunity with business owners everywhere! In the spirit of INP, they remain focused on collaboration – not competition. Deb currently leads the INP Doylestown Chapter every Wednesday morning.
